Our next project is a book of selected works by a major contemporary Russian poet. This retrospective collection, which includes long narrative poems as well as small-form pieces, will have our usual bilingual format, with originals and congruent translations on facing pages. Its publication is scheduled for the second half of 2010.
Looking at a longer perspective, we are considering several candidate projects some of which may involve congruent translation of formal poetry from English into Russian. We would be happy to discuss possible collaboration with translators who broadly share our views summarised in the Manifesto.
